Online Click & Collect and Delivery Services

The Click & Collect service is available in all stores. Click here for our store locator.
Collection can be done 3 working days after the purchase date in the selected store during opening hours. (excluding Pre-Order items & Product with Installation) Collection is subjected to stock availability.
You may proceed to any of our Selffix's counters or approach any of our Selffix's personnel. Do bring along the Order Confirmation email (printout or digital copy) to collect your item(s). We may request credit card details that was used to make the order.
Items purchased online may not be in stock even after order confirmation. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you to offer an alternative solution.
Should there be another person who is collecting on your behalf, an authorized letter have to be presented at the point of collection. Do bring along the Order Confirmation email (printout or digital copy) to collect your order. We may request credit card details that was used to make the order.

Delivery within 3 to 5 days upon purchase.
There will be a delivery charge of $3.90 for purchase(s) of less than $80.
Customer has to take note for delivery to Condominium is subjected to it's Management discretion.
There will be a $10 charge for rescheduling of delivery due to rejected delivery by the building Management or no one being at home at the date and time of delivery (as stipulated in the delivery order) to receive the goods.

Express Delivery (Same Day Delivery) is subjected to these Terms & Conditions:

Place your order before 9am and enjoy same day delivery (subject to stock availability in our warehouse).
Search for products with Same-Day Delivery icon and proceed to checkout. Select Same-Day as your delivery option.
There will be a $25 charge for Express Delivery & timing will be from 6:30pm to 10:00pm.
Orders placed after 9am will be scheduled to deliver the following business day 6:30pm to 10:00pm.
Customer has to take note for delivery to Condominium is subjected to it's Management discretion.
There will be a $30 charge for rescheduling of delivery due to rejection by the building's Management team or no one being at home at the date and time of delivery (as stipulated in the delivery order) to receive the goods.

Next Day delivery is subjected to these Terms & Conditions:
Next Day Delivery($15) cut-off timing will be 9:00am (Day 0). Order before 9:00am will be delivered the next business day. Order after 9:00am will be delivered in 2 working days. For example; order on Monday 3:00pm, order will be delivered by Wednesday.

How about a Night Delivery?
Do you need your products to be delivered after work? Just place your order, add $30*, and we will deliver them the following night! Night delivery starts at 6:30pm until 10:00pm**. Drop by any of our stores for more details.

*The delivery fee is waived for minimum purchase of $200 and above.

International Shipping

For international orders, once item sold there will be no refunds on items or shipping cost.

Delivery fees for returns will be borne by buyer.

Once the order has been packed and dispatched, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds in the event that you change your mind.

Buyer are advised to use a trackable mailing service as we cannot be liable for returns lost in transit.

Collection and Delivery Service

We are please to introduce collection and delivery option at a normal fee of $30 (Inclusive of GST) for both ways. Payment can be made via Bank Transfer and Paypal. Kindly take note of the following:

Collection and Delivery charges exclude service, parts and repair cost.
